Dr. Raymond Dixon
Principal
Dr. Raymond Dixon is a third generation Seventh-day Adventist. He is a Commissioned
educator and a certified teacher and school administrator, holding professional credentials issued
by the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventist Education Department. He currently
serves as the principal of Northeastern Adventist Academy – Westchester Campus in New
Rochelle, NY, in the Northeastern Conference.
With over 25 years of experience as a teacher and school leader, Dr. Dixon has made a lasting
impact on the lives of thousands of students. His commitment to academic excellence and
character transformation extends beyond the classroom, as he actively mentors scores of teachers
by facilitating professional development to help them meet the evolving needs of their students
and to staying current with new research and trends in education.
A firm advocate for lifelong learning, Dr. Dixon’s academic journey reflects his dedication to
professional and personal growth. He holds the following degrees:
- Associate’s Degree in Elementary Education – Northern Caribbean University, Jamaica, WI
- Associate’s Degree in Personnel Administration – University of the West Indies, Jamaica, WI
- Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Education – Atlantic Union College, Massachusetts
- Professional Certificate in School Building Leadership (SBL) – St. John’s University, Queens, New York
- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education Management – Montemorelos University, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
Dr. Dixon is happily married to Stacie Rose Dixon, (a professional educator), and a proud father
of an adult son, Rayon Dixon who is also a product of Adventist education. He recently
celebrated the 1st birthday of his grandson Adonis. Dr. Dixon and his family are devoted to
demonstrating the rewards of serving God through the ministry of Christian education.

To embody the principles of servant leadership by providing innovative, holistic 21st-century
education that empowers leaders and scholars. Through this mission, He aims to cultivate a new
generation of well-rounded, productive citizens prepared to contribute meaningfully to this world
and be ready for a home with Jesus in the world to come.
