Joanna Smith is a Civil Engineer with a passion for exposing students to STEM in creative and unconventional ways. Through her companies, Daley Smith STEM and Daley Genius, she blends music and math, coding, robotics, and hands-on STEM projects to make learning come alive.

Her mission is bold: to increase STEM exposure to 500,000 students through innovative, music-infused, real-world hands on learning experiences that bridge the gap between creativity and technical excellence.

As a Music Ministry leader, educator, and speaker, Joanna brings energy, excellence, and anointing to every stage — whether in the classroom, the lab, or leading praise and worship.
